They've had our 2024 f150 hybrid for 3 weeks and STILL haven't diagnosed the problem! No loaner vehicle. Ford national is no help either.
Bought a new truck
I understand changing a broncos oil is much different and there are more steps but this service team failed to put my bumper/brush plate on correctly. it was completely crooked and hanging on by one back bolt.
