David is a very kind person. He always tries to do his best for the customer. Everyone was very efficient. I give them a 10 out of 10.
They've had our 2024 f150 hybrid for 3 weeks and STILL haven't diagnosed the problem! No loaner vehicle. Ford national is no help either.
