I had a terrible experience at Ford Griffith in San Marcos, TX. The labor costs and parts were extremely overpriced. When I asked for pictures of the issues with my vehicle, I was told that “some mechanics take them, some don’t” which shows a complete lack of standard operating procedures. There’s clearly no consistency or accountability. Unless your vehicle is under warranty, I strongly advise going elsewhere. Save your time and money.

Called the dealership this morning on an F-250 listed on their website to double check that it was available. Made plans to check it out this afternoon & was in contact with a sales representative all day. Took off work & planned a babysitter to make the over an hour drive, just to get a call 10 minutes before our arrival that the truck was already sold via a “phone deal” — big ick. We are not a fan of poor communication & we won’t trust this dealership for any future deals.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I will never get work done here again. I also wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place if you value great service and a trustworthy mechanic shop. Multiple price hikes after agreeing to service.(Manager agrees to 865, then changes to 1100, then changes again to 1200). Charging double diagnostics fees for one check engine light. Brought my Mach-E in due to a crack in the right corner. They said they would get in contact with the 3rd party that does it for them and would get back with me. Tyson gave me his card and I was on my way, a week later I hadn’t heard anything so I call and talked with Tyson. He ensured me he still had my info and would try and call them again and would be in touch with me, that was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything. Don’t recommend.

service dept is lazy.. backed up..prepare to elave your vehicle weeks if not months...I wouldnt buy a skateboard from Griffen Ford..what good is a warrenty if you can get repairs done /
