service dept is lazy.. backed up..prepare to elave your vehicle weeks if not months...I wouldnt buy a skateboard from Griffen Ford..what good is a warrenty if you can get repairs done /
Was stuck on the area and was told based off a brief conversation that my truck may or may not be safe to drive, but they couldn’t do a diagnostic on it for a week. I get having a schedule - but would think there would be accommodations for a stranded person.
Dropped my 2008 F250 off with complaint of rough ride and specifically mentioned the bushings. I received a diagnosis that it pretty much needed an entire new front end at the cost of $4,800.00. I asked about rear end of the truck and was told it was fine which didnt sound right since much of the noise seemed to be coming from there, but i trusted the professionals.
