Don't bother with this company. They're prices are crap, customer service is terrible, and they charge a fee for EVERYTHING that they can. Want to put in a new hot water system to burn even more of their (over-priced) product, they will charge you a fee. We are very happy with Superior Plus Energy and the work they performed in our house. We moved into our new house over the summer. It has a propane fireplace insert, but the previous owners were renting their propane tank so we had to get a new one. Horrible. Will over charge you as much as possible. They delivered twice to me after I told them I wanted off the automatic delivery. I also had to have emergency service come out because their tech didn't change the oil filter or correctly set the electrodes. I called to ask for reimbursement, they of course said no. I will never, I repeat, NEVER, have a good thing to say about this company. It has been all down hill since they switched from Sunoco.

BIG Company. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Service people show up late if at all. Not the best workmanship. Worst of all they are not even an American Company! Thanks I will keep my money here at home. Use a local small company for better prices and service.
Never again! Way too big , one hand does not know what the other is doing. They are not a local company and not even an American company for that matter. High prices, slow service and they make it hard to remain a customer. The only good thing I can say is the sales people were pleasant and knew what I was saying, they have their hands tied.
Before you ever purchase a part from Griffith Energy get a quotation from another firm or go online for a price. My experience is that they charge nearly twice the manufacturers list price for parts.
