“Won’t deliver dying the winter because we’re on a hill, they even moved the tanks and we’ve had a delivery pending since before Christmas Eve and now my family and 3 young kids are without heat and hot water. Yesterday the lady said should be delivered today (yesterday), never got a delivery, today another lady says our account is “on hold.” Absolutely disgusting disregard for humanity.
