Wish I could give this company zero stars. If you are using them switch. If you are thinking of using them do not! They forward all calls to a call center. You speak with someone from another country. Absolutely ridiculous and the prices were literally double what Suburban propane is. Just stay away!!
Very professional company! Tells all details of charges and fees up front. I love the auto delivery! We will never run out. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always on time!

Their weekend customer service operator for Central NY doesn’t care to be bothered and really doesn’t want to support their customers when there is issues with the company’s equipment being faulty. She just told me what she could do but chose rather not to do it because it was too much like work I guess.
