I called when mY tank got to 30%, two weeks later they still didn’t come so I called again and sent an email but they still didn’t show up. Here it is Christmas on a Friday and my tank is at 15% now and I’m worried it will run dry and then they will come out to purge the line and they’ll bill me for that I’m sure. I’m 87 years old and I can’t go without heat but that’s what may happen because of this company’s uncaring incompetence.
Today we needed a repair. Pat was sent and fixed our problem. Thank you Pat. He was very nice, polite, informative and patient. There was a yapping chihuahua, a burping 3 year old, a 92 year old, and ME. He dealt with all of us with respect and friendliness. Thank you Pat.I thought you all should know what a nice man he is. and we have HEAT!!
