Our technician, , was helpful. He went above and beyond what was supposed to be a standard boiler inspection to end up spending much more time than anticipated to service us solve an electrical issue. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and how things worked to service us better understand our new home. He was on time, and committed to helping us fix our heating issue despite this not being the original intent of his visit. We were impressed and thankful.
