Absolutely asinine to be sent to collections after only 1 notice of a small bill!!!! And trying to pay it is a runaround nightmare. They are rude and confusing on the phone. Will NEVER fall for this scam again.
I just got a bill sent to collections and I've never been here in my life. The last doctor I saw was in Idaho almost 3 years ago for something entirely unrelated that Medicare covered. Shady scam
I came here to see how I could get in contact with someone about my bill but apparently I am just adding to this long disgusting list of 1 star reviews. This is predatory behavior! Never received a bill from clark fork emergency physicians. Today I did however receive a letter from collections letting me know I have a bill that has not been paid. This is absolutely crazy! $1300.00 bill to give our toddler 3 stiches which took about 15 minutes. Sat in the room in the ER for over 3 hours for a 15 minute procedure. The $1300.00 bill only covers the Community hospital bill. The Physicians group bill was never sent to us and then we suddenly received a notice in the mail that it was in collections. We spoke to the third party who handles the collections and we are likely looking at another $1300.00 for the physicians bill. Three different OLD PAID medical bills were sent to collections AFTER BEING PAID without ever receiving notice. the insurance had already paid them . this company's record keeping, billing, and communication is horrible. Oh and the representatives are foreign and you can barely understand them.
