Eduardo did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my pool. He not only fixed the problem but also took the time to explain what was wrong, why it happened, and the steps he was taking to resolve it. I had a fantastic experience with the pool service! They replaced my pool light with an excellent LED bulb over a year ago, and it's still shining bright! I would definitely choose their services again, as I have complete trust in them—unlike some other pool maintenance companies. The only tiny thing I noticed is that they could improve their email responses, but maybe that’s just because they are so busy helping customers!
