Griffith City VW were so helpful and supportive when I had trouble with my old VW - they couldn't do enough for me - so much so that when I needed a new car I went straight back to Griffith City VW to buy one - The people that work there are genuine and honest and go above and beyond to ensure you're a satisfied customer. I highly recommend both the service centre and the sales dept.
Travelling through from interstate al light came on the dash approached Coffs Harbour and Tamworth service department, dealerships would not have nothing to do with us would not even look at the vehicle rang Griffiths and said what the problem was Next day booked in and problem fixed. Would highly recommend.
