Messed up my alignment in my 2016 honda civic. All they did was put it so tight that the bolts will break if tried to take them off, can't loosen them because they are now seazed. DONT bring newer vehicles to this place. Because of what they did to my car it now starts at 1500 before taxes and alot more money because the bolts will break because this shop not knowing what they are doing ! Honest and timely. Heather is the best shop runner I've ever met in my years of dragging clunkers to garages. She actually explains the quotes and breaks the work down based on priority (compared to my usual mechanic experience as a woman: "everything on this list needs to be repaired right now, because I said so"). Another time I had a mild "emergency" and they squeezed me in right then. Highly recommend Sundridge location!
Honest, Affordable, and Top-Notch Service! Took my Dodge Ram Diesel to Griffiths Auto Repair for exhaust and brake work, and I couldn't be happier with the service! These guys are the real deal—fair, honest, and they actually take the time to explain what needs to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The pricing was super reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. A custom stainless steel exhaust like what they did for me would have cost a lot more in the big smoke, that's for sure!
