I am deeply disappointed and angry about the awful experience we had getting my 3-month-old daughter’s ears pierced here. The lady who handled the piercing was shockingly unprofessional, careless, and completely untrained for working with infants. First of all, she did not even have a proper marker to plan the piercing points. She attempted to pierce without correctly marking the ear or ensuring symmetry.
