Not very knowledgeable. Staff all seem new, frustrating when a dismantler doesn't know what they have. Staff were very friendly. Great amount of mechanical stock on shelves.
Worst service with Kevin. As we have problem with our AC they change compression,pipe and gas,we paid 586$ but again it was not working after some days when we went back there they charge 100$ again when we ask Kevin about the payment,he is not ready to answer properly and really rude. Very bad service.
It's the first place I go if I need anything done to my car i can be there watching them and helping with my own car also the macanics are good as well even teaching things and explaining things i dont understand always best service and I can always get spare parts I can get them myself or even get someone to help me grab parts off cars I will always buy my spare parts there and any work I'm not able to do myself I'll take my car in for them to do it
I give my car to fix tailgate and tail lights . When I got my car there mechanic damage the BCM of my car and now they are refusing to fix my car. Worst I ever visit and owner don’t know how to talk with customer. His son was much better . Don’t go there they are thieves of Griffith .
