Before joining, I was a member of a gym where cardio was the main focus – I grew bored and wasn't seeing the results I wanted from those workouts. A friend invited me to come try a class and I was hooked from the start. Every day is different, the trainers are attentive and push you to reach your goals, and I feel stronger than ever. Finally I've found a gym I look forward to going to every day!
There is something for everyone at this training facility. Regardless your level of fitness (beginner through advanced) they got you covered. GrifFit offers a nice spread of classes throughout the day to fit your busy schedules and family life. If that doesn't work you can also sign up for individual training. Get ready to put in the work under the watchful guidance of Chase Griffin and his crew of trainers. The best version of yourself is waiting beyond their doors!
