Avoid Griffis Residential properties AT ALL COSTS. Staff constantly refuses to help residents - in this case, with theft of a package; has cut off communication between residents on weekends and weeknights during a national pandemic; is CRAWLING with homeless people with numerous thefts throughout the building, mail room, and garage; won't fix issues including FIRE HAZARDS in apartments; does nothing to implement tenant rules besides post on a message board; thinks it's okay for rust filled water to pour into a tenants bathr... read more
RecommendedI am the Comcast representative for this community. Every time I visit the property I am greeted by warm friendly people who have always made time for me. They take great care in their residents and ensure that their residents are always having a great experience at their community. The community grounds themselves are always neat and clean. The location of the community is very convenient for anyone wanting to live the downtown lifestyle. Super dog friendly and super easy to get to.
I love living here and don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is the most desirable in Denver. However to me what really stands out is the Griffis Union Station team. The maintenance is fast and the property is kept wonderfully. We have worked with Carla in the front office during our time at Griffis and she has really sent my love for the community over the top. If you are looking to live in this community- DO IT! And ask for Carla :)
Old management, new management, still the same horrible employees and living conditions. Griffis was more unhelpful than I thought possible. Do not recommend.
The staff in the front office is phenomenal! Super friendly and easy to work with. I have made several service requests for general things and they are fixed within 24 hours every time. The location is awesome and anything you need is within walking distance. Griffis is working to improve the community and the rent is very reasonable for the area!
