RecommendedMy roommates and I moved into Griffis about two weeks ago and so far they have been incredible. Rea was incredible with our walkthrough and made sure to take thorough pictures of anything around the apartment that needed fixing. We were having some issues with our dryer and a warped cabinet and had someone sent the same day to fix the shelf and bring us a new dryer. The staff have been incredibly nice and helpful and I look forward to our time here!
They have the most beautiful apartment homes!! Large ceilings the rooms are spaced away from each other which allows privacy. Check it out! I promise you'll love it!
Stay far far away from this place. We moved into one of there "remodeled" units. What a freaking joke. Paint peeling the min we moved in. Cabinet doors falling off hinges. Mix matched paint. The gym and community space is under construction still. Supposed to be a dog park none to be found! The icing on the cake.... 15 pound cabinet door falling and knocking me clear unconscious. Had to be taken away by ambulance! Do not rent here!
