If I can give this place 0 Stars, I would. There has never been a greater regret than my decision to lease from Griffis Lakeline Station. Pro: 1. An attached garage Cons: 1. IDEA school - The IDEA School is right next door where during school they take over the apartment complex. Now for parents that may be convenient for them. This is supposed to be a non smoking property but there's awful cigarette smoke that comes into my apartment from a neighborhood unit several times a week. I've been complaining for SIX months and management says they "can't find the source". Don't live here, management does not care about their residents or the health of the residents.
The complex has definitely degraded in the year I was a resident. From puddles of pet urine, to piles of excrement in the elevators to having cars set on fire in the paid parking area. This complex could use a complete overhaul. Fetch package service had several issues and there were also porch pirates living among the residents. Lastly upon move-out my initial deposit magically changed so I was shorted a few hundred dollars if not close to a thousand. My bank statement refutes what Ms. Hare claimed. It seems a fresh review is something this place needs. Do not move here. Management will never work with you. We first moved in, it was nice. Seemed like what we were told we were going to get. It started to be 2000 for everything to ending us to be 2500+. And it is not worth it. It took 8+ months to get the security door fixed to the main building. Residents were claiming and stating to get the doors fixed. Management did not care. Residents would have to someone move the homeless out of the building. What about security? W... read more
