RecommendedJust moved in about a month ago during all this COVID-19 stuff. The staff has handled it in the best possible way they can! The maintenance man Dan was very polite and sweet as he fixed the things we needed in a quick amount of time! Highly recommend this place, the location is prime downtown and the inside is up to date and nice!!
Its been 3 weeks since I sent a service request to fix the broken rods in my closet and it’s yet to be fixed (submitted the request on 8/26/2018). This has been the biggest headache in the three years that I have lived here (theres been multiple changes in management companies that have owned the building). What really sets Griffis North Union apart from similar properties is the level of customer service provided by their team. It's apparent that they truly care about their residents. In previous experiences when there is a change in management the quality of service decreases, but I continue to be thoroughly impressed with their commitment making GNU a great place to live.
The fact that this "luxury" overpriced place is actually made of cheap materials disguised to look pretty, is not the reason for my 1 star review; most places in Denver are built the same way. My problem with this place is the noise. If you are looking for the frat house experience, The Huron is the way to go. Five out of the seven days a week, you will hear someones sound system blasting until wee hours in the morning.
