They ask you to come to them if you have any issues. I got attacked from a dog from the back. It knocked me down then started attacking my dog. I am bruised and scratched up because of it and so is my dog but they are blaming us for it and saying I didn’t have control of my dog. I got taken out by someone else’s dog from the back. This place is a joke. Don’t come to them about anything or they will use it against you. Spend your money else where. They say they are animal friendly, but this is not the case. My fiancé and I have ESA animals and they are trying to not accept them. When filling out the lease they acted like they could take them no issues and then once the lease was signed they tried saying the esa dog was not approved. They wait until your locked in and have to pay 12 months before telling you they won’t accept your pet. Don’t rent here they are only in it for money.
