Exceptional service that is hard to find these days!!!! Micheal came out personally on a Friday evening when we had a problem with our new house generator. We were without power and the generator wouldn’t start up. Michael quickly found the issue and had us up and running in less than 5 minutes. Not many people would come out on a Friday evening even though all of his techs were busy. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They definitely have me as a customer for life.

Lifesavers on Christmas Eve – Outstanding Service from Griffis Gas! On Christmas Eve, disaster struck when an Airbnb guest discovered the propane tank was empty – no stove, no hot water, no dryer. As you can imagine, the thought of displacing guests during the holidays was a nightmare. Tonight, I had an emergency issue and Benjamin was on site within the hour to address. He was courteous and got us enough gas to hold us over until the bulk tanker can come later this week. They have always been responsive to me and prices seem reasonable. Thank you for the help tonight Benjamin, and the last 4+ years of service Griffis.
