I have emailed the company twice, left voicemails, and submitted request through their website to try and give them business as a previous client and cannot get anyone to contact me.
I had a terrible experience with Amerigas, and was left with no hot water because, over a 22 year period, I had paid a $60 tank rental late, and one other late payment that wasn’t explained well. The co. demanded that I pay for a years gas plus $300 penalty, a thousand dollars, and even then, the co. could not get here for another 3 days. I cancelled my account, and called Griffis gas. Mike at Griffis Gas has been awesome. Have been dealing with Griffis gas before Mike came aboard and I have to say, things have been much better with Mike leading the team. He has been attentive to our needs especially after our entire demolish and rebuild of our home after two hurricanes.
