I had a Generac generator installed and Griffis provided the following services. 1. Removed existing 250-gal tank 2. Installed 500-gal tank 3. Trenched new gas line to generator 4. Hookup gas to generator Every aspect of this job went well. Griffis communications were excellent. From Junior and Keith in the field to the general manager Mike T all did a great job! I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Griffis Gas. Five days ago, I placed a delivery request after unexpectedly running out of propane—something that could have been easily managed if we had a gauge to track our usage. Unfortunately, despite my request, there has been no delivery, and I find myself in a frustrating situation without hot water for showers, laundry, or even cooking.
