Not sure what's happened. Very nice when applying and now everyone looks at us in a way that we are not welcome. Office staff didn't take a gas leak emergency seriously and the maintenance lead tried to tell me that sometimes the pilot light goes out. That made no sense to me as I was experiencing low water temps upon move in. The valve in the gas line was cracked and was a very old water heater. Everything had to be replaced. I lived at Griffis Fitzsimons South for about 3 years, and this has honestly been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an apartment complex. I recently moved out before my lease ended and had been going back and forth to clean the apartment and take care of everything. My lease officially ended on October 20, 2026, but I was locked out approximately two weeks before that date.
