EDIT: My review changed from 5 to 2 stars because the gates are consistently broken which defeats the purpose of paying for gated community (way too many vehicles that don’t reside on the property taking up residents spots). Additionally, the pool is a hot mess every Sunday when the office is closed. People put rocks to keep gates open and anyone and everyone comes in since the gates are broken. We have lived here for nearly six years. In the beginning, management was helpful, but their responsiveness has steadily declined over time. Our stove broke and was replaced with a used one that barely works. When our washer stopped working, we were again given an older replacement. We also experienced a water leak from the floor that required our water to be shut off, leaving us unable to shower or wash dishes for nearly four days.
