We love these apartments. They are gated and keep a lot of foot traffic out. We used to live just across the street and the difference is amazing. They have a great trash service where you just put it outside your door and it gets picked up and recycling too. It’s very quiet and well kept. The exercise room, the pool/hot tub and the apartments themselves are all really nice.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived. During inspections, maintenance will not do anything to check your appliances. A few times, my thermostat was set to a temperature that was no where near the temperature in the room (ex. It will be set to 70 but show the temperature is actually 84). My gas and electric bill was $140! I called maintenance a few times and when they inspected it, I was told that “the switch just shuts off sometimes”. This place is horrible.
