I moved in last year and for the most part it's a good building to live in. Love the walkability factor; the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in Cherry Creek, all just steps away. Also love that the Gates Tennis Center is just two blocks over. Justin and Kieran are friendly and professional, they made my move in so easy. We did a 15 month lease with Griffis Cherry Creek North, and there were some pros and cons. Pros: Our unit was very nice. Never had any issues with appliances, our kitchen had tons of storage, and the huge windows were a main attraction. We also liked the pool and rooftop. The gym is small, but you can definitely get a solid workout completed.
