I moved into my apartment in April and I have been extremely disappointed with management. My car was broken into in the parking garage last month and as I was cleaning up the glass, several other residents came up to me and said the same thing had happened to them recently. On 5/23/25, I emailed the office asking if they could please just at least warn residents that this was an ongoing issue. This place is an absolute joke. First off, our car got broken into and they didn’t care nor help. 2nd they lost our move in sheet and didn’t care. Management doesn’t care about their people here what so ever. Joey is also the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, asked if we had questions then threatened us after asking questions, and honestly had no idea what he was doing. Be careful living here. Just saw the news article of them not caring about the broken into cars. Makes sense
Terrible experience. Not luxury at all. Very likely to experience gender discrimination. I lived there for 1.5+ years and in that time the number of issues were inexcusable - elevators constantly down, flooding in the basement, parking spots that don’t fit the size of a small sedan, renovations that went on far too long and were not remotely worth the cost, noise from other apartments, marijuana smells in the halls… the list goes on and on. There is only one elevator working for weeks. For the second time the only elevator that was working broke again. In addition to that, several cars have been broken into. It's very frustrating. It used to be a very pleasant place to live. Not anymore.
I am a resident here for two years (15 month leases each year), and with the change in management I am starting to get frustrated with the lack of quality customer service. My unit is very nice, but I am probably going to take steps in moving this fall. The services that they "provide" remains to be seen.
