RecommendedWe recently relocated to Denver and searched for an apartment. Our last stop was Griffis at Lowry and glad it was! We've lived here for a month. The apartment is very stylish and the grounds are kept very well. The maintenance team of Dan & Nelson replaced some light bulbs for us & they responded immediately to the request. We are so glad we chose Griffis at Lowry.
RecommendedI have lived here for a year and plan on staying an additional two years. The apartment complex itself is incredibly well maintained, and if I ever have an issue, the maintenance crew is extremely friendly and on it quickly. I love the convenience of the 24-hour access to package pickup, and daily the trash pickup. The *only* con I can think of about living here is the apartment complex right next door.
