These are the guys for small engine and lawnmower parts, got the stock and very knowledgeable.
We bought a new Troy built ( MTD) rototiller here for 1600 hard earned dollars plus taxes. 10 minutes of use and the safety gate that covers the rotating tines fell off!!!! To our disbelief, when we called to tell them what happened, they requested we bring it back so they could assess how to make a repair as opposed to replacing the defective goods. Griffins used to be good for repairs and fairly priced. I can no longer say this and I won’t be returning. I brought in our fairly reliable Stihl chainsaw for service. It wasn’t running well and would just shut down after a few short minutes. When I picked it up, I was told it just needed a good cleaning (some fancy ultrasound technique I believe) for $100?
