I went in thinking I would have to order the gasket set. The staff was super helpful with advice. The shop had the gasket set In stock . The staff member recomended that I replace both gaskets . I came home cleaned the carb installed the new gasket part. I reinstalled it on my son's mower and it started rate up and ran like it was brand new again. Excellent service and advice. I will be returning to the shop in the future. Thanks
I've been a Griffin's customer for several decades, and have always found the service excellent. I especially like that they will try to fix an issue instead of just selling parts ... that's rare. I bought a new Troy-Built lawn tractor there this past Saturday, and Jeff delivered it to our home on Monday morning ... fantastic! Special thanks to Andy & Jadon for showing me their mowers, knowledgeably explaining the details, but no hard sell.
Used to be a decent place .im not sure what happin I've bought 5 chainsaws , weed Wacker ,endless bars ,endless chains ,mixing oil .u name it i always have gone there .but today my pull cord broke on my saw im using on a job I called them asked if they could quickly tho a pull cord on it for me wich would have takin them a few mins to do and they told me "no there 2 weeks behind before I can get it fixed .it might take 5 mins of there time to do this .as much money as I've spent there and everything I've bought from them the... read more
