These guys ripped me off when I first started service with them in 2020. The propane tank at the house I moved into was full when I set up my service and they charged me for the propane. Given that they charge by the gallon upon delivery, that means that the previous tenant had already paid for the propane. They basically got paid twice for the same propane. Very Pleased!! The staff at Griffin's Propane was so helpful and considerate to our situation. We just purchased our house, the tank was empty and we had never used propane before. Griffin had a driver out that SAME DAY!! AWESOME SERVICE!!! Recommend to everyone.
Customer Service Opened a new account by ordering a propane tank and installation. Was promised it would be installed in a few weeks. One week later I followed up with a phone call and was told the order was on schedule. A week later there was no delivery or installation. Left message with the driver to return my call. Call was not returned. Called a week later to leave another message with the driver. Still to return call on delivery information. Made a visit to the office to cancel my account and refund my prepayment.
