These guys ripped me off when I first started service with them in 2020. The propane tank at the house I moved into was full when I set up my service and they charged me for the propane. Given that they charge by the gallon upon delivery, that means that the previous tenant had already paid for the propane. They basically got paid twice for the same propane. Every time I get propane here it takes a minimum of 5 to 7 days for it to arrive. Sometimes I'll be at 5 - 10% when I finally get it. If I call I almost always get an answering machine or a very rude woman will answer and get angry that I'm calling due to the fact that it's been over 5 days.
I have been waiting patiently almost 3 months for my refund on unused propane and get nothing but excuses about why I haven't received. Leaving the city of payson to go to Griffins was the biggest mistake of my life. This company is dishonest and I highly recommend you go elsewhere
WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?! So I called their emergency number, because, you know, I have an emergency. I must have woke they guy from his comfortable, warm slumber because he was kind enough to tell me its 2 in the morning. Hello? Its freezing, I can't sleep, and now I wont have hot water for a shower. Told me they will "try" to get someone out here in the morning.
