I am a retired General Contractor and am building my own home. Every day I was on the job, I likely verbally indicated to someone or myself how incredibly remarkable and artistic the stucco tradesmen were. Construction is very active and trades are very busy, but for this home, I felt blessed they showed up when they did and got a lot done when I really needed the work done. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I met with one of their contractors at a property that needed some minor repairs to their perimeter wall, we walked around and looked at it together and he said he would send me the estimate by the end of the week. Entire week passes, nothing. I texted him to remind him and was promised “I’ll get it to you” - never happened. Fast forward three weeks later, I text him again to follow up only to find my number has been blocked. The community was relying on their estimate to get the wall fixe... read more
