Very unprofessional and unreliable. I met with one of their contractors at a property that needed some minor repairs to their perimeter wall, we walked around and looked at it together and he said he would send me the estimate by the end of the week. Entire week passes, nothing. I texted him to remind him and was promised “I’ll get it to you” - never happened.
