Overall, I had a great experience. I originally planned to pay with a personal check, but they only accepted a cashier’s check, so I had to make a trip to the bank and come back. Even with that inconvenience, the staff had all of the paperwork ready when I returned, and the rest of the process was quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the purchase go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

Edited to add that I had to call the person who handles of replies to tell them that stating the make and model of my vehicle in a review is horrifying and unnecesary. Thankfully my voicemail was heard and that personal info was removed from their statement. Hopefully this isn't done anymore in the future. I guess I should have written something in my review about how good this place is, which they are. I will be returning as a regular customer. We have had good service here and we bought my car here as well.
