Seeking out for a therapist- I’m on my insurance homepage navigating in-network therapists. Got a number for “Faith Griffin” , but the number is for the facility as a whole I found out. The receptionist seemed rather short and rude.. not a very good characteristic for someone who’s dealing with people with depression, anxiety etc. who are seeking therapy. Will not recommend this place.
I have been seeing Mallory at Griffin Therapeutic Solutions for almost 3 years. I have had an amazing experience with her. She has helped me work through many personal issues without judgment. I went here for 2 years and when something traumatic happened I was brushed off. I never understood why. I still think about it. I went to heartland human services after that
I was referred through insurance and called multiple times and left several messages, and contacted through their website. Nobody reached back out. One line (Faith, the original number insurance gave me) says not to call her, but says to call the main line... meanwhile the main line (Nora) never picks up and voicemail box is always full.
