The price of my new car was really low, the service from Mike and his colleagues was exemplary. Just as I got there, the engine management light on my old car came on. They got an estimate for the repair from a local garage which I paid. In the end, it came to less and they were honest enough to refund me accordingly. Superb!!!
Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Vehicle arrive with a flat battery and the way the salesman spoke to me when I complained was disgraceful.
If only all car dealers were like this. Hassle free. If Carlsberg did car sales.....
Recently dealt with both Andy & Chris found them to be first class, the only reason we decided not to purchase a new KIA Niro from Griffin was the six month lead time (and as I was retiring needed a car early July). However we will definitely use Griffin in a couple of years when we will be ready to part exchange our used Niro for a new version, many thanks highly recommended.
I picked up our new Ford Kuga from Griffin Tax Free. What a great company to deal with. Our sales agent Chris was excellent and the deal was spot on, couldn't ask for more.
