Changing to 1 star.... I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AS MY Last experience was HORRIBLE. When all is good, it's good but should something go wrong the PROMISED WARRANTY IS AN UTTER LIE. I purchased almost 20K worth of palms & when my last palm went bad, of course Luis blamed everything else and DID NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. I have been reaching more than maybe 4-5 nurseries around the neighborhood, and noone wanted to come and check the area they are supposed to landscape, even if you visit them they seem not care to do their job but this place amazing, they wanted to come and chek my backyard, and they were so fast to ack and they got me these most beautiful areca palms just in 2 days and all installed and even after their job they take care of my palms giving water etc! i highly recommend as they know ttoo much about the tress nature landscap... read more
Was told that the plants are going to be 4 feet, they came and they were less than that. They said that they weren’t gonna die. Most of them are dead. I gave him a chance to rehab. He would not negotiate with me, not help me when I do anything for me, gave him another job didn’t wanna do it never called me back. Don’t waste your time.
Luis and his crew did a great job on installing 5 palms into my backyard. He personally came out after my request to see if the trees would both fit and be appropriate where I requested. Within the same week he personally picked the correct sizes of queen palms and installed them without an issue. The man knows his business and is both competent and fair in price. Cleans up well afterwards. Would recommend to anyone who requires this type of service.
