Mr. And Mrs. Griffin, great owners! They maintain their property. Clean, quiet, affordable, parking and safe for the area. Regarding rent, or other issues, I was never given a hard time. Just be up front with them, you'll receive the same in return. Professional. It was my first apartment out of college. I enjoy being a home owner now. But looking back, I really appreciated that experience, and miss that apartment! (82nd & Loomis)
