IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: No, you did not attempt to communicate the way you’re describing. Half the time I attempted to get ahold of the girl in charge of finances to work something out I wouldn’t get a call back and I’d have to speak to somebody else to get to her. I watched a good friend go through the hardest time of her life and at the same time try to maintain her daughters orthodontist care with griffin orthodontist. Unfortunately with her situation it became hard to make the payments on time and found herself stuck and unable to make the payments. Griffin orthodontists were far from understanding. They could care less about what was happening in her life and what her 9 year old daughter (the patient) was also enduring. They ended up refusing to do anything else for them and left ... read more
