Since the retirement of Dr. Griffin, this office has become "Total Vision", and they are a chain. They lack all of the comfortable and professional attributes of Griffin Optometry. I've been a patient for over 5 years, but no more.
Griffin has amazing Optometrists, plus I can't say enough about Jimmy and what a kind man he is. But that is where I have to stop complimenting this office. To get to these wonderful people you have to deal with the incompetent front office. My wife was given voicemail reminder of her appt @ 10:30 she arrived in the parking lot at 10:15 and received a call from Jessica stating that her appointment was canceled due to her being late.
