I have never been to this optometrist, yet they keep texting me to tell me I am overdue to have my eyes checked at their locations in San Clemente , I live in Pasadena! I think they need to have their eyes checked if they can’t read the word “STOP”, when I type it into the text message box. Their receptionist needs to have her ears checked if she can’t understand when I call and tell them to remove me from their text list! I have been a patient nearly 30 years and I was not told prior to my exam that VSP was no longer accepted and that Total Vision was dropped by VSP. The problem here is Total Vision is garbage and this practice was way better when it was not with TV. I love Dr Patrick and am sad I won’t still have him as my Dr but I will not return to a company that doesn’t value its patients. Dr. Collier and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I had a senior eye exsm.Equipment is modern and state of the art. They take the time to explain everything in your exam.
