The friendly team at Griffin Mill collected my car, carried out the service and MOT the delivered it back to me, all within a few hours. They sent me a video of the health check on my vehicle and pointed out some work that will need doing in approx 6 months time.
Yet again I have been done over by the service department of Griffin Mill. I will not be useing them in future. The car wnet in for a service and they found some work that needed to be done. I said that i would get it done myself, however i was coerced into having the work done by putting it on bumper monthly payments. I also have the pay monthly for service and mot, hopwever i was informed that this didn't cover the B service! All they seem to be doing is getting more and more money from me,
Recently bought a Dacia Duster from Griffin Mill Pontypridd. The whole process was simple from start to end. I dealt with Benn Lewis who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and made you feel no question was too stupid to ask. I would definitely recommend Griffin Mill.
