Horrible business, they never respond back to you about anything. I've been trying to contact them for over a month about a wrong order.

I was only looking for a Grifhold No.47 pen holder. Should've doubled checked the reviews and searched about the brand especially when they don't ship their products to the customers with a minority of 1 stars. The company left me unsatisfied, even try calling and emailing them 6 times and no matter what I try or do they won't do anything. Got scammed, didn't get any email about the item shipment nor I think I'll ever received it since my bank transaction history on Grifhold suddenly disappeared. Horrible company!!! They do not follow through with there orders. I have been trying to get four boxes of $6 blades delivered for 8 months now with no responce from management. Wish i could give zero stars. Do not do buisness with these scammers.
