They did a great job taking care of my loved ones arrangements, appearance, and services.
Everything went smoothly and beautifully. The reason for this rating is that my sister and I never received my necklace with my fathers’ thumbprint on it but also never was given an explanation or refund. I had never reached out after the funeral because if it hadn’t been done by then, it never would be and/or how could I believe it’s really his thumbprint by that point? Something so small but serious was not handled properly.
The compassion, sympathy and authentic concern from the staff made this journey easy to navigate.
