Raven & Charlotte offered the best service to me today! They cleaned my rings, they showed me some diamond rings, wrote a card for me too! They showed me such compassion as I told them about my mother recently passing. I never experience that kind of atmosphere when I shop elsewhere, the girls at Griffin actually treat me like a person rather than just a bank account. Thank you for your excellent service, ladies!!
This store has so much more selection than any of their competitors in the Quinte Mall! The women who work here are attentive and kind. I had the most wonderful conversation with the manager as she helped my husband find the perfect gift. This is what great customer service looks like, this is what brings people back for more! I’ll be back for all of my Christmas shopping 🛍️
