My fiance bought a ring for me here in Aug 2023, proposed in Jan 2024. A few months after I got the ring a claw came up on it and the diamond fell off. It was sent away and sized. My husband bought me a bracelet from here for Christmas. I wore it twice and it broke between a link. Took it back they replaced it with the same bracelet, again wore maybe three times and it broke in the same way. I took it back but they had no more to replace that one so I picked out a chain and bracelet for the same price. I've worn the chain now for maybe 3 months was drying off after a shower and my chain snapped. I'm afraid to even try wearing my bracelet in fear that will break.
