Incredibly upset with the repair service here. I brought my vintage, antiqued Italian sterling silver necklace chain here just to get the clasp fixed. When I got it back, they had completely stripped away the beautiful black antiqued oxidation finish from the metal during cleaning, completely changing the look of my piece without my permission. If you value your vintage or specialty finished jewelry, do not trust them with your repairs."
Went in to have a chain fixed, I didn’t realize no jeweller on site? They said it would be around 3 weeks as I just missed pick up. It was $120, which I thought was high? Picked it up took it home ( don’t live in Orillia) went to put pendant on, it would not go on, they removed pendant and gave it to me so they were aware, they had to send it back so another couple weeks? Finally got it back and for some reason the clasp kept coming down and getting caught with pendant? After a few days it broke??? What a waste of money!!! T... read more
