I bought a ring at this store. I asked if I could pay the posted price taxes in. They agreed and gave me a receipt showing a price + taxes = the posted price. After paying I asked about return policy. They said I negotiated price so no return. I offered to pay full price + tax to retain right to return ring. They said you bought it so it's yours. Oh my goodness! The staff are absolutely phenomenal!!! I've bought over $6000 worth of jewelry here!! They are so friendly, and very helpful! I've got necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and many rings! When my necklace broke, they were so helpful and were able to get it fixed right away! They talked to me about protection plans and I am so happy that I got them for my jewelry because it covers so much if they are to get damaged. Griffins did a decent job fixing the crack in the back of my ring. However I also paid to have the claws checked and fixed. It's only been a few months and I am missing a diamond and a claw. When I took it back they said we have to send it in and see what they say about fixing it. It would take another 6 - 10 weeks to do and no guarantee they would cover the cost. Absolutely unacceptable! Guarantee on workmanship means nothing!
