I had the chain of my necklace break a couple of weekends ago and I took it into Griffins the next day. They had it sent off to their headquarters and it was fixed within 13 days! I got it back today and I cannot even tell where it snapped! Amazing customer service by Kelly B! Definitely recommend Griffins! They are super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

I bought a ring at this store. I asked if I could pay the posted price taxes in. They agreed and gave me a receipt showing a price + taxes = the posted price. After paying I asked about return policy. They said I negotiated price so no return. I offered to pay full price + tax to retain right to return ring. They said you bought it so it's yours. Oh my goodness! The staff are absolutely phenomenal!!! I've bought over $6000 worth of jewelry here!! They are so friendly, and very helpful! I've got necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and many rings! When my necklace broke, they were so helpful and were able to get it fixed right away! They talked to me about protection plans and I am so happy that I got them for my jewelry because it covers so much if they are to get damaged.
