I placed an approximately $20,000 order with Griffin House Interiors in June, 2023 for woven wood window coverings for my home. After all of the incorrect measuring, incorrect ordering, incorrect installation my project was finally completed on December 22, 2023; almost six months later. They never let me know the status of my order. When I called to get a status they did not return my calls. The only way I could get information was to drive to their store, go in and ask. Unfortunately on occasion there are production issues that cause delays which are out of our control. Every business experiences this. In this instance the order came in incorrectly made, not due to measuring incorrectly, but due to production issues. We explained this and received permission to reorder the shades.
