Chris was thoughtful and caring. Everything went as planned.

Very unprofessional! Rude to family members and pallbearers. Chris forgot to take off our Dads metals and ribbons to give to the family. His brother Kevin was 35 mins late to the VA Cemetery in Preston. Very unhappy with them.
Small, outdated, over-priced, and unreasonable. Used based off a reference, couldn't regret it more. Almost twice the price of surrounding funeral homes and then called demanding more after everything was said and done.
