Only shop here if you are local! I am not & returned a top but was told it was never received although delivery confirmation showed otherwise. I was immediately referred to the post office without 'her' offering to check around or put forth any effort to offer good customer service! Then when I wanted to cancel my pending orders, she accused me of blaming them of stealing & was offended? All I was expecting was a positive customer experience but that was apparently too much! BAD customer service! I ordered an item and G&G charged me on 8/27 and it shipped on 9/9. For shipped items, you have 30 days to return. Sent a message that I was returning but they are refusing return since 30 days starts from the date on receipt. Standard policy for most companies is an item is charged on shipping date and not held for 2 weeks. I did request them to hold earrings to include in future shipping’s because I didn’t want to pay $7.00 but didn’t direct them to hold any other items. Very difficult to work with.
I absolutely love love love this store! First off the women are incredible. The clothes are so cute and fashionable PLUS BONUS, affordable. I’ve never had a wrong order shipped or been charged for an item incorrectly either. I 💯 % recommend Griffin & Grace to anyone looking for fun finds!!
Simply put, bad policies and terrible service.
Improve communication when an order has arrived. Facebook messenger is not a reliable method. Texting is more reliable and would ensure messages are received. More importantly, I ordered something on May 31st and was charged on July 18th. Seasonality is important with clothing and shouldn't have to wait 6+ weeks.
They are super nice and helpful! And they have great items that aren’t cookie cutter like other places. Love it!
