SUCH an upgrade from the place I was paying more for before! The maintenance has always been prompt, the landscapers have always been thorough, and the management is not only professional, but also friendly and warm. (Tara is an absolute GEM.) In the upper complex, the units may be older, but the quality of care far outclasses all the other low income housing I’ve seen in the area. I’ve been very pleased with my decision to rent here.
I've lived here for going on 3year and the maintenance has been 100% amazing the whole time!!! Rob is the best and I couldn't imagine this place with out him. Management has been a different story new people constantly and they never seem to care about you. Until Tara K.!!!!! She is the sweetest lady and is helping to make this an amazing place to stay!!! Thank you Rob and Tara!!!!
HI my name is Vickie Sherman and I live in Griffin Glenn apartments for 7 years. Tara is the most friendly and know how to handle this job as a landlord and very nice and interested in our interest. I really like her and of course I don't remember her name. She's a assistant. She's a sweet heart too just like Tara. I feel like home now and one more thing Tara is the best landlord I had in 7 years. Thankyou.
So, in the 3 weeks ive lived here, theyve posted Tow Warning on my driver side window (which took over 45 mins to remove and left visible marks) for registration with a week of time to correct, which is something ive personally never heard of, and now a "Patio Inspection" for "prohibited items" i.e nothing except furniture and potted plants. Im already HIGHLY regretting my choice to live here if my home is going to be regularly inspected like im still in the military.
I have noticed a big change in the property management and staff in the last 2 months. Pretty much since the new property manager Tara started working at Griffin Glen Apartments. I have noticed they have brought a different feel to the apartments making it feel more like home. I never felt like it was a home environment with past management. I have appreciated the change that Tara and her staff have brought. Thank you Griffin Glen Apartments!!!
