-This has nothing to do with the staff but everything to do with the doctor - Took my husband to this Dr. Kahn hoping she would be open-minded about prescribing a natural medication recommended by his naturopath. Since naturopaths can’t prescribe in CT, we needed a PCP to help. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Once of the most incompetent doctors office I have ever dealt with. Took the doctors almost a month- with me calling several times to submit a prescription. Provider and back end clinic gave up on getting me a referral to Yale for a diagnostic procedure, after months of me calling, and literally spooning them the phone number and the department and the address. They sent my referral (which was correctly denied multiple times by insurance )to an aortic anuersym surgeon, when I only needed... read more
A bunch of ducks who has a cna saying what they can do and can not do. Horrible tact here. Save yourself because they wont.
The physician assistant they have working there is excellent. They attend to you promptly if needed. I've never had any issues. As an 82-year-old, I always receive full respect, which is particularly meaningful since medical professionals often show less respect to older individuals.
Just had my first visit here and I haven’t had a primary care doctor in a while but am pregnant with my first. Every person from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors were Friendly, helpful, personable, professional, and so so kind!! I’m absolutely happy that I chose them to be my doctors office and I am not easy to please having been in the medical field myself. Highly recommend!
