Building a new house at the first of the year (2026) we had a new 26 kw generac installed by Griffin Electric. This was my building contractors electric contractor. 6 months later we were having problems (unit would not crank). Griffin came out one time, not only did Griffin not find/correct the problem, they had no idea what the problem was. So their decision was to ignore it away. They wouldn't even call me back.
