I had Mr Davis as a court appointed attorney who failed to represent me even after I did all of the research for my own case and visited him for presentation of the evidence at his Crossville office. He was difficult to get a hold of and was often silent in the courtroom, not bothering to use any of the evidence or research I had presented him in my defense. If you need legal help in matters concerning your precious children, look anywhere else!

I retained Tyler Davis for my divorce and he wasn’t a great legal representative. I have to take my ex wife back to court for contempt of court because she won’t sale the house. He told me 3 months ago that he would make her pay for all fees being she is in contempt. The last 3 months I have left several messages for Tyler with no response and finally his secretary calls back and says I have to pay another retainer fee of $2000 to take her back to court.
