Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice to be able to talk to actual staff who will be working or worked on your bicycle. I'd say if given a choice between other bike stores/shops in the area and Griffin, I'd chose Griffin. I also prefer that it is licated in the neighborhood and not in the middle of busy Bethesda like Pike and Rose, etc.
I am very grateful to Griffin Cycle not only for exemplary service in getting the right bicycle for my young teenager but also for having helped me upgrade to a carbon bicycle at the beginning of COVID.
I recently purchased a Trek at Griffin Cycle after visiting their store 4 times and comparing the bike to other local stores in the area. I am extremely satisfied with the bike. Mark and the other employees provided excellent customer service. Mark also has a strong knowledge base on bikes, extremely professional, and has a very pleasant personality.
