I had a tubeless pop on the rear tire of my Madone, and I was bummed because I really wanted to ride DC, coming from NYC. Luckily this shop was in walking distance, and they even provided tools for me when I requested to fix it myself! Unfortunately the plug didn't hold, but they still went out of the way to look for any spare tires in their workshop to keep my repair costs down.
