I brought my Trek in for a tune up and honestly these guys were great. They explained everything without trying to upsell me into bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Bike feels smoother than when I first bought it lol. They finished faster than expected and even fixed a small issue with my rear brake at no extra charge. Hard to find shops like this anymore where people actually care about cycling and customer service. Definitely coming back.

This bike shop is trustworthy, they won’t scam you. But, they have no quick service. If you want a quick flat tire fix it will take 3-5 buisness days for them. Every other shop I have been to has quick service, im not sure why these guys do not.
