I bought this pedal-assist bike a few years ago. Griffin was great to work with and pointed me to a trial ride which was great. After buying the bike, I let my son ride it and have not ridden it since. He fell in love with the bike and has a great experience with it for a few years now.
Brought two bikes for full service after many years since last cleaning and adjustments. Received really good advice and the results were wonderful. Bikes looked and felt like new. Price wasn't cheap, but I felt the quality of service was well worth it. I highly recommend Griffin Cycle.
Will steal parts and scam you if you’re not careful. Many of my friends and I have had cranks, spindles, and more taken and not given back.
Excellent customer service.. I was very well taken care of to ensure my bike selection was satisfactory. The sales guy even carried it and put inside my vehicle for me. took time to show me how to remove front wheel cautiously.. Great customer service!!!
