Not just best service @bike store - the plain best customer service of all stores in the city. The team is so knowledgeable yet never condescend when I ask questions, and are always happy to guide me with equipment & coat options 🙏❣️❣️❣️❣️
The shop is a real asset to the DMV area. I purchased a Townie Go e-bike from them and found the team to be extremely helpful and flexible. Mark and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to purchase our next bike from them.
Great bicycle shop for repairs!
Bought a new Trek bike. Griffin staff helped me use the Trek loyalty program for a significant discount on a closeout bike that was already discounted. Then, when the new bike had a problem (nothing Griffin did), Griffin staff facilitated the process with Trek to get me a replacement bike from Trek. Through the process, I was helped at different times by five different staff members at Griffin.
