Excellent service and experienced staff
Very thoughtful repair and service experts. They did an excellent job revisiting brakework to ensure full and safe operation of the brakes, especially since I was carrying my grandson on the back. They listen, they think, they fix.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice to be able to talk to actual staff who will be working or worked on your bicycle. I'd say if given a choice between other bike stores/shops in the area and Griffin, I'd chose Griffin. I also prefer that it is licated in the neighborhood and not in the middle of busy Bethesda like Pike and Rose, etc.
