My experience at this bycicle shop, first and last time. Some scammers work here after they got the money from you they don’t care anymore. 1- I meet Mr Rubin who supposed to be a “trusted” salesman here, so this guy sold to me couple used and old broken parts for my bicycle (I think they resell old parts what others customers leave at the shop I’ll tell you why). 2- The parts were incomplete and some others broken I’ll post the pictures here. Griffin Bikes is a great place to buy a kids bike. Since I am a big TREK fan, I wanted my granddaughter (7) to test ride one. Mark was excellent in fitting the right size bike. He was encouraging to her when she started out wobbly and taught her a couple skills to get better. Within a few trips up and down the sidewalk she became steady and ready to decide which one she wanted. Then for final selection he helped her by showing her colors available on the computer. Highly recommend Griffin Cycle. I love Trek bikes but most importantly Griffin staff remembers my name, interests and values a long term relationship. They love bikes and bikers. No matter your level this is the place for bikes, clothing, accessories or even new places to ride. If you see a Farley fat tire bike around Bethesda that’s me loving the ride how Griffin helped accessorized!
We needed an on the fly repair. The staff were right on it and listened to my wife whose bike was the one in need. Very satisfied with the respect level and willingness listen to a women.
