They were very friendly and informative when I dropped my bike off to them for a check-in/ minor repairs. And most importantly when I got my bike back, everything was good to go!
Griffin Cycle Inc, has been phenomenal. I purchased my bicycle two years ago, and every time spring begins, I take it there for maintenance. In a few weeks, I will be going back again, confident that I will receive highly professional service.
I recently moved to Bethesda and have had several positive visits to Griffin. The first time they fixed a new tire that was not put on correctly by another shop. The second time they helped me get what I needed for a bike tour. Each time the person helping me was very knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing (the fix), and the benefits of different equipment. They took care to show me products in a range of prices. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism, and trust their guidance.
Excellent professional and patient advice even on a busy Saturday. I am super happy with the Electra Townie I bought there.
I have to admit this store has high prices but Mark is helpful who works there and the service is great so out of the bike shops in Bethesda this is the one I go
