Update 5/1/26: The reason I found a different, more reliable and trustworthy location to service my vehicle is due to the absurd pricing and lack of trust I have in the technicians at Griffin. I attempted to use you for service, but it became too problematic to continue. Prime example is that after bringing it in to diagnose the issues, whatever was done by the technicians while exploring has made the problem SO much worse. Michelle and Ben were great in the service department. I was going to walk a couple blocks to work and Ben insisted on giving me a ride. Thank you guys! I have a new service department! Had another great experience with Darin in service. In and out with an oil change and new battery in 45 minutes! I’ve been to Hendrick in Monroe and it’s always 2-3 hours even with an appointment. Do yourself a favor and go to Griffin!
