I went to Mavis where I used to work and because of the manager I got need work after dedicating a year and a half of taking care of customers

I’m lucky to have these guys right beside my job! They’re ALWAYS so friendly, helpful and honest! I take my car to them for everything! 10/10 would recommend!
If I could give them a ZERO I would. I came here for an inspection and it was the worst experience ever. They failed me on tint, my car has passed inspection for 7 years. I obtained a DOT waiver and returned to them. Well they don’t know how to hande tint waivers at all and said they could not do it again. I had to come here 4 times. Ultimately wasting $30 and had to get my inspection somewhere else. The manager on site LEX AUSTEN is a liar. I presented my waiver letter and sticker and he said I had to have a code.
