Good quote over the phone. No hidden fees at the door. Got a new set of tires and an alignment. I drove off. Felt good but was pulling to the left a tad. I turned back around, had them aligned a second time. Now it's great, no pull to the left or into on coming traffic after the second time. So I'm happy. They were very kind and respectful when I had to complain. So that's a huge plus in my book. After all they use a machine to align the tires. I'm glad they could adjust it and fix the problem.
Jonathan and his team did a great job today taking care of my tire issue today. I did not have an appointment, but I was in and out in no time! I appreciated the professionalism and awesome customer service!
Had a great experience at this shop. Special thanks to Jonathan and Lex for taking great care of me and my car. Everyone was friendly, the prices were really good, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The location is also super convenient with a grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby while you wait. Will definitely be back again!
Jonathan was great at mavis and lex was amazing as well. Thank you for servicing my car…..Kiara :)
