Great customer service. Jared was very helpful and quick as well. Will definitely recommend.
Passing thru Charlotte when brakes started making grating noise. Stopped by the Mavis store on 5805 Highland Shoppes Dr. Talked to Brad and he took my truck in. The problem may have been a rock or debris caught between caliper and rotor. Brakes were inspected and no problems found. Brad was an outstanding man to deal with. He was courteous, friendly and there was no charge. Back on the road. Thanks Brad at Mavis.
